I recently had knee surgery and as part of physical therapy they use this massager for the back of the knee and other leg muscles. First let me say what a great value this is. I was shocked at how well it works for the price. I also love the small size. The big ones are usually heavy and your hand gets tired holding them, but not this one. It also doesn't take up too much storage space. I also like that it comes with a storage case. It comes with a "massage ball" which I don't find particularly effective, but maybe you can. There are six different speeds and four different massage heads that are easy to switch. It's super easy to use. You don't have to read a book or anything like that. My husband also started using it after a long day at the office - he uses it for his neck and shoulders and it relaxes him very well. we both love it The battery lasts five hours so we can use it both and the battery won't run out! Huge plus! Overall we give it five stars and would recommend it to anyone considering buying it. You will not be disappointed! Enjoy!
