There was no liability at all. I used duct tape to secure the flaps. Thickness is ok for single use which is what I need. The size was generous. Wouldn't buy them if I needed a reusable product. They worked fine for my needs.

Purchased for 11x14 reproductions. They were too small to hold a single print and practically fell apart when I tried to carefully insert the print. I wasn't a fan of the fact that they were sent folded in half either (prints don't look as pretty in a bag with folds and creases).

Came folded in half. Can't use them as there is a HUGE crease in the middle. I have to use them for art reproductions and the creases make my product look bad. I even tried several methods to smooth them out. nope Hand back. If you don't care that they are folded in half, the quality and thickness are nice. and I think that's why the crease remains visible after packing.

I really like that it's really transparent plastic. However, they tear/separate very easily on the sides. I didn't use it before the return deadline, so of course I couldn't ask for a refund. I would advise against getting them on that basis. Just a slight stretch to open and put my stuff in caused the seam to rip open. If you push the items further into the pocket, the tear will practically run down the entire side seam.
