I studied cameras and NVRs for a year before finally choosing Reolinks. I can't say enough how much I love clarity. Using an HDMI splitter and a 100ft HDMI cable, I was able to connect channels to all of my bedrooms and basement. The night shots were taken with no external lighting, except for the infrared illuminators on the cameras. I have multiple cameras so they overlap and that helps with the lighting.
