Media could not be loaded. Okay let me just say that I have a set of shiatsu neck massage pillows. Well I think they are for the neck and can be used for the back. I got this because it's unlike any other neck massager I've seen before. This is an articulating neck massager with two built in excellent quality elastic bands with handles. Think of it as a smaller, more compact shoulder and back massager with those leather straps on each side designed just to wrap around your neck. Let me just say that it's a little smaller to comfortably sit where it's intended on my neck. The articulating portion is too short for my neck, causing the white flared portions with massage knots to fit too snugly on either side of the base of the skull. Guess what? I may not be able to position it comfortably on the back of my head, but this massager provides an amazing scalp and neck massage! In other words, this massager can massage other parts of the body better than the neck area it was designed for! Seriously, I have a scalp massage, the bottom of the back of my head over my neck, heck, I even massage my shoulders, back and front, one shoulder at a time. I massage my aching arms from clearing the damn snow we get and I massage my calves and thighs! Essentially, wherever it can lie, this massager can't just massage your neck, if it fits your neck at all. It didn't fit my neck but was great for massaging other parts of the body! The build quality of this massager is very good. It has strong straps built in so you can pull it up to apply pressure and it feels solid overall. It seems to have a good strong motor and I can really put pressure on my calves and thighs from above and it still maintains speed. Speaking of speed, it only has one speed setting, which is pretty fast, so keep that in mind. It also has a heat setting, but to be honest while the nodes are glowing I don't really feel any heat so if it does it's very, very minimal. It comes with its own Type-C USB charging cable but no power bank, but it's at least rechargeable so you don't have to fiddle with the cable during use. Finally, it also comes with a set of spare node covers in case of wear. Overall, I am very satisfied with this massager and can recommend it! Note: I said in my video that I would like it with a drawstring pouch or storage box and I forgot it comes with a thin transparent drawstring pouch. But when I tried to put the massager back in I couldn't fit it lol. I'm not sure how they managed it, but I gave up and put everything back in the box as tightly as possible.
