BE CAREFUL WHEN REMOVING THE ORANGE CAP FROM THE CARTRIDGE. KEEP VERTICAL TO AVOID LEAKING

UPDATE FOR PRIOR CHECK! Since posting this review I haven't had any problems with the pirnter (which lost its temper and) displayed a printer shutdown message. It was probably the HP "Installing non-genuine cartridges" issue, but I haven't had a problem since I first installed the cartridges. I was also contacted FAST by a Starink seller who offered a full refund and replacement cartridges for my inconvenience. WOW, what great customer service! I will definitely buy from this company again. Good to know that this country still has great customer service. Starink is a shining example of what customer service is all about. Good job old man! I would have given 5 stars (versus 3) if there hadn't been two small issues with my purchase. When I "opened" the blue ink cartridge (by removing the orange cap covering the cartridge's opening), the blue ink spilled onto my fingers and onto the side of the cartridge. What a mess. After removing the ink, I carefully installed it, making sure the hole stayed upright until the last second when I flipped it over to install. I was concerned that the ink would spill more, but I acted quickly, which prevented further ink spills. Another problem is that after installing all cartridges and closing the lid on my Officejet 4620 model, a test page could not be printed and a message appeared on the LCD to turn off the printer to avoid damage to (the printer). . I couldn't turn it off by pressing the power button and had to turn it off by unplugging the power cord from the back panel. When I plugged it back in, it turned on and continued the print job. Ever since I installed the cartridges this has happened again. I hope this doesn't continue as I don't want to unplug and plug my printer back in just to force it to complete a print job. I'm not sure how much blue ink spilled, but I'm sure it will be the first cartridge to run out. As such, these cartridges are very inexpensive and do an excellent job of printing (apart from the occasional printing glitches). I'm sure it has something to do with HP not "recognizing" genuine cartridges, but it doesn't when I get this message. If I don't have any more problems (with the power failure message) I'll change the rating. Disappointed with the loss of the blue ink.
