It definitely has toilet paper in it
Does what it's supposed to. It can definitely hold 5 rolls but then the top of the rod is completely hidden so it basically looks like you have toilet paper stacked in a tower on the floor. If it was just a few inches taller it would fit 5 people and still clearly hold something. Well, he's still holding toilet paper.
