Maybe I'm lucky or something, but so far the necklaces I've used haven't had any problems. I tried tugging on them fairly hard to see if the ends would come loose or if the extender chain would break. None of that happened. I originally wanted to remove the extender chain based on other reviews because everyone was complaining about their cheap quality. It may be cheap, but it looks good, and the ones I have are surprisingly pretty strong, so I'll leave them. I would recommend testing each before using, but just in case many other reviewers have horror stories. Will definitely order more when they run out! Great bang for your buck.
