The brushes were very good but the red one was fine. I recommend buying.
I bought these watercolor brushes mainly because I needed a monoliner-like brush. The black and blue brushes work really well and I like the results. On the other hand, the red monoline isn't that good. I've found that if you want the pen to look like a monoline, you should buy a pen with a monoline. But these brushes are also very good because of the reservoir that you pour the water into. My other water brushes require me to go to the sink to fill them up, but with these it's super easy and I can just grab a cup of water and pop the lid off.
