The best thing about this software are its features like guest checkin/out etc., I feel it's quite user friendly as well considering how good they have made our life easier! There isn't anything much i dislike or would want us to change from what we already know because of price factor but if you're looking for an affordable one then go ahead otherwise just stick around with your existing ones since everything works perfectly fine!! We can manage multiple properties at once using only 1 account now instead of having many accounts & passwords.
