I am currently using SDC to straighten my teeth and it hurts to wash retainers all the time but wow I'm impressed I'm actually working. Haha well worth it and I would recommend letting the solution sit for 4 hours and the boom will be like new and if they are hard if I just brush them off and it will come out so easy.
