Review on 🔥 High Performance 70-74 E Body Challenger Radiator AT 23.25x28.85 by Marco Carpenter

Not true in several areas.

I had the same problems mentioned in other comments when installing this on my car. The lower mounting slots did not fit and had to be modified. The fan shroud cannot be installed without drilling new holes in the radiator flange. Where one of the holes for attaching the case is, there is no radiator flange at all. Worst of all, the heatsink is too close to the fan clutch. The gap was very narrow and didn't knock out the cold, but as soon as it got warmer, a faint interference noise could be heard. To do this, the flanges had to be bent and the radiator mount kneaded a bit to get some play. As it is now the distance is about 1/8 inch when everything is warm and there's no interference, but that's very close to comfort. This radiator is far from plug and play, which is a shame because everything was close to Direct Fit, but Cold Case missed the mark in almost every area. Even the gap problem could be solved by welding mounting brackets further to the back of the heatsink core, which would increase the core-to-core distance by at least 1/8" The fan clutch The heatsink cools well and solved my problems with the engine running when hot Summer weather but if you want a direct fit with no modifications, spend your money and buy a Griffin cooler.
