We first bought it for my wife's laptop who couldn't get 3 screens to work after purchasing and installing the product. We then contacted customer service to find out that their laptop was not compatible. From here we decided to use it on my laptop and it worked. And it works fine. Just a lot of cables…. and after disassembly it is difficult to remember where to route the wires after reassembly. Instructions for installing cables are NOT clear. Generally so far so good. We will soon be traveling and testing the product.
