Works amazingly well
Wore this when I knew I was going to spend a few hours outside in the snow. The pack says it lasts up to 10 hours. I wore it 12 hours after putting it on and it was still fully warm. I didn't need a jacket, I just threw a sweater over it and it got pretty warm.
