I made my parents, niece, and boyfriend wear matching pjs on Christmas morning for a picture. Everyone takes very different sizes. The chart was accurate so I managed to get the right sizes for all of us - from women's small to Men's 3X. My niece was a tall, very thin 11 year old. Because of her height, I bought a women's small and they fit. They were very cute and comfy, though a little warm to wear all night in Florida.
