I think it's ok if you fill it full enough that nothing moves in it. I use it for my kid's dresser drawers and the big box with lots of little squares was used for her socks for example and because there is nothing to attach the inner dividers to the bottom of the whole box every time you move the box or lift, the items in each compartment will be moved to other compartments. That way it doesn't stay sorted or organized. When washing and changing, I like to take it out of the drawer and have to throw everything away to start over because everything is already a mess. The same goes for the other three. The two thinner sections were for things like her hairbrush/brush, toiletries, nail clippers, thermometer, medication, etc. and they all ended up together. It's a good day to have it installed, but don't you dare move it. I put her diapers in the one showing the bras in Revane's picture and she holds them perfectly because they are padded and cannot move. I cut out half of the dividers of what I wanted for socks and stuffed diapers into them. I have closet space for extra diapers, so it doesn't really help if the first one in the drawer is used up.
