I like that it's easy for me, as an owner operator (and not just a dispatcher), to view all my drivers information in one place! It can also track mileage, etc., which is useful when tracking fuel consumption or vehicle maintenance costs. The software isn't very intuitive - especially if this tool will be used by someone who doesn't have much computer experience. Also you need to know how to navigate through everything once you get into the program/dashboard area. So far so good with our implementation, but we do realize there are some better options out there now-a-days. We're trying to save money at time and using something that provides us a lot more bang than buck was important to us.
