YES, it helps to try a good product in this price range.

Bought for me and my granddaughter. Not sure about the blue light controversy but really protects my eyes and makes a HUGE difference after spending hours online before getting those dry blurry tired squinting to see the screen at the end of the day NOW Bought 3 pairs to wear them all the time. Why? because somehow they work! in reducing the light to my eyes and if that's all I like! We love pink, they look great too.
