I had a sprained knee and my doctor said it was the soft flip flops I wore when walking my dog, shopping etc. Buy good, supportive shoes with laces. This one had great reviews. Unbelievable. From day one I felt the difference with every step. Within 4 days I no longer had to bind my knee and within 2 weeks my knee was no longer waking me from sleep when I rolled over. I wear them 15 hours a day. I hate pink and don't like flashy colors. I love gray as well as turquoise or light blue. The surprising thing is that before the laces were untied 3-4 times a day if I didn't tie them with a double knot. It's not like this. I tie them in a knot once a day and they are the perfect length. I bought 7 medium ones. The sock on them is good; Sometimes my size 7 toe is too tight. I do not run. I have a high arch and this allowed me to lift the existing liner and place an arch support underneath. Now I can put my shoes on and off without worrying about the arch support moving or moving when the adhesive comes loose. It stays in place and never looks like I have arched supports.
