My partner's review:I had to smile when I first tried on the robe because having read all the reviews, good, bad and in between, no one addressed the fact that it is a woman’s, not a men’s’ robe. It is obvious when attaching the inner ties that it is designed to overlap, left over right. A man’s robe overlaps right over left. The wraparound tie-belt fits high, like a woman’s’ empire waist. I noticed that the shoulder fit was too narrow for me; more evidence that it was designed for women. Beyond that I am told by my girlfriend/partner it is more of a kimono than a robe.This could have been annoying if it wasn’t so funny. I recommend that if you buy it; give it to your wife/girlfriend/partner - a nice gift for her special day. She’ll love it!
