I believe in magnetic pain therapy, it really works, I've tried it on my back with great success. I bought this product for arthritis in my knee. I will not be returning the product, but I have several complaints. First of all I bought the small size and it fits very tight on my (18" knee). I wear it at home but this piece is too uncomfortable to wear outside for any activities. Your leg feels as it would be in a rigid brace. Also very uncomfortable when you are sitting and the knee is bent. The velcro straps are very strong and you have to be HULK to unfasten them. The knee brace is not very adjustable at all if your knee is 18" (folded ) or larger, be sure to buy a large size Despite all the discomfort, I hope this ends the pain.
