Did absolutely nothing to my hair, didn't lighten it an iota. I have experience coloring and highlighting my hair and have used 30 volume conditioner which I know works because I have used it with bleach after it failed to lighten my hair. The worst part was me carefully parting my hair into strands, bleaching the strands and braiding the baby lights to perfection! All this work and she just sat on my hair and didn't do anything. I didn't have the energy to do the same thing with bleach. I suspect it was a broken hose or something.
