I wanted it to be enough to keep it working but my hair got tangled a few times which was very scary. That's why I returned it. Other than that, it had a few features that I really liked. Of course well done, that's CHI. I like the temperature setting, the rotating velcro strap and the thermal pocket for it. I also like that it's light and comfortable to hold (I have arthritis) and you don't accidentally hit the power button. I also think it's good that you can't burn yourself because of the hard plastic bristles. It's pretty easy to use for straightening, but when I twisted my hair to curl it, it got stuck, so that's an issue for me. I could only safely coil half a strand of hair. I also found that for my long hair I needed a bigger barrel to get the volume I wanted. I ended up going with Callista Fauxblo because my hair doesn't stick to it.
