I bought this because I was looking for a way to support my neck overnight. I have pain in the left side of my neck often and it causes me to get headaches and feel fatigued. I have been using this for about two weeks now and have had much better sleep and my neck pain has gone away pretty much entirely. I’m trying to think of a time in the past two weeks that my heck or head hurt and I don’t think it has. At night I’ll either use it as it’s suppose to be used when laying on my back but I’m more of a side sleeper so I’ll turn the thing around, so it’s basically backwards, put a pillow over it and I promise it makes a great neck supporter for side sleepers. I’m so happy I bought this because it has made a difference for me! I’m using as I’m writing this review
