Review on 🔌 Anker AirPods Industrial Electrical - Lightning Certified and Compatible by Stephen Cernatescu

I was a big fan of Anker and as a commercial pilot and flight instructor I recommended Anker products to many colleagues. I ordered this rectangular adapter and it was sealed in the box as shown in the picture. The defective part was not even in the sealed packaging. They literally packaged a completely broken and useless product. Obviously their popularity has diminished their ability to maintain quality control. Now I will look for other companies that are more serious about production and quality. When I spoke to customer service they were polite but acted like everything was business as usual, like many of their products arrive damaged or broken.
