You are perfect. but I read the reviews and gave them a chance; Young! WHAT THE DIFFERENCE between working on a computer in just 15 minutes, reading a register in the sun, or just trying to read those nifty instructions on medication labels! I work day and night on my computer and watch TV, usually leaving with eyestrain, headaches and/or can't fall asleep once I go to bed for many more hours. normal computer operation with the TV on, looking at it from time to time, it emits blue light everywhere, whether you look or not, I still had my usual 2-3 cups of coffee from 10:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. BUT, is around 11:30 a.m fell asleep and slept through the night until 6 a.m. (usual wake-up time). My eyes didn't sting, feel tired or like I need 3.0 glasses as sometimes happens after working on the computer and I am thankful for these glasses! Thank you! I would have liked the colors of the sea wave, burgundy and soft pink. But these colors are also neutral and beautiful. I recommend!
