4 stars because the only thing that isn't 100% accurate about this watch is the sleep tracker. It seems that when you sit, you think you are sleeping. It doesn't matter to me and is the ONLY inaccurate reading I get. It tracks my pulse and heart just as accurately as my monitors. The pedometer is pretty accurate too. It has a fast charging time and lasts about 7 days without 1 charge - great! Uses Apple straps so you have the option to swap them out. The strap that comes with the kit is very nice and soft, which is another plus. This is my third smart watch. The most accurate I've found, with the best battery life. Such a deal! I highly recommend.
