The product was received and assembled according to the instructions. Towards the end of the build I ran into a big problem. The handlebar attaches very poorly to the forks due to the mismatch of the holes in the forks. I'm sure I could re-drill the element and get it working, but I think that would cause the output fork to fail to the point where it would fail sooner than it should. I'm not a big fan of fixing poorly controlled items, I'd happily pay $10 or $20 more for a product made with more precision and quality, and preferably already assembled. I don't see a way to sell something unassembled in a smaller package if it needs to be sent back to the manufacturer and possibly discarded. I may have gotten a bad one, but overall the product seemed underpriced and not very good. Glad I didn't try to put it together on Christmas morning after my daughter saw it and was looking forward to driving it.
