Only lasted a month

I've only been using this for a month and the screen is completely ruined. After long negotiations with the support team who finally agreed to send me a replacement, the product never arrived. Please do yourself a favor and invest in something better. UPDATE 11/2: A replacement item was shipped via USPS to the wrong address. I contacted GKDY again and they sent me a new replacement, this time through Revain. I received it and I am satisfied with the new product. Thanks.
