The product works fine but it was NOT clean.

Updated the ass, the controller was dirty and the button was stuck. With COVID 19, you might think you need to clean your controller. Also, last thing I checked means you at least clean the damn thing. I was able to pull the button off and clean the controller myself, but I wasn't impressed with my first "refurbished" item from Revain. Other than that the controller works as it should and minus the state it was in when I got it. happy with it.
