decent sound quality but poor ergonomics and design

put them in your pocket for the washing machine to poop on, lose them etc. They're priced similar to other headphones I've used, which is why I'm writing a review on the basis of this general comparison. The sound quality is pretty good. They have decent drivers for the price and therefore sound better than other headphones with miniature drivers. The included headphones are very limited in size and style. Most of these headphones I've bought over the years have been better choices. The largest included ear tips are a bit small for my ear canals, but they still stay in place as long as the cords don't pull too hard. The weight of the large speakers and the placement of the cable plug on the outer edge of the earbuds are a bit of a problem when I go for a jog, as the cable placement creates too much torque for the oversized earbuds and they have to be constantly plugged back into my ears. Annoying and a fundamental design flaw. A better fit of the ear cups or a more balanced placement of the cable plugs could solve this problem. The final complaint I have is that these headphones don't have those sliding plastic pieces that hold the left and right cords together when you wrap them. and the plastic sleeve that keeps the two cables from separating completely is very far down the cable and doesn't prevent the two cables from separating up to it. Bad explanation, I know. The two cables are glued together up to about the last 10 centimeters in front of the headphones. The plastic tab that holds the cables together is about 4 inches below the point where the cables diverge. They are free to detach all the way down to the plastic sleeve, leaving about 14 inches of cordless cord. Since there aren't any of those sliders holding them together closer to the ends, that's a lot of a headache.
