When I received them I thought I ordered them too small because they were too tight the first day. Then I switched to thinner "dress" socks (instead of thicker cotton socks) and it got better. After a week they are working great. It's as if the shoes have adjusted to the pressure points and relaxed a bit. I am now very happy with these shoes and will buy them again if the need arises.
