Great product - easy use interface: Knowmax

It can be integrated with other applications like Salesforce or HubSpot for a more seamless user experience. Easy navigation and UI. The reports were not very thorough when compared to competitors. Have it in house if you need customizations but have an internal team of developers who understand how to integrate this into systems. We used KnowMax's customer service platform called Customer Service Manager (CSM) primarily for self-service and remote agent ticketing for our clients. Also used for social media posting/monitoring and reporting, which was helpful to share info quickly internally within our organization.

Pros
  • Very easy interface; intuitive use.
  • Reports are simple yet detailed enough good balance between detail vs number crunching analytics as well! I liked that we could export these directly from CSM without needing separate tools too easily access them all through one spot.Also provided nice templates upon download so no prep work needed by us before using report data :)Cons
