Excellent way make tracking and keeping track simple

Great platform for customer service reps - easy access of all relevant data about each client/customer-no need to search through many files in order to get what you want. User Interface could use some improvements but overall great product with lots of potential! I've been using it for years now (4+). KnowMax is great as far connecting SAP Cloud solutions

I like how it connects with Salesforce and Dynamics NAV. It made my life easier when managing customer data. When we switched from salesforce2go, i have used knowmax for over 3 years now. At first was confused because of its different way of displaying data but after using it few months everything became clear to me. Knowmax - Great tool + excellent support

I like how easy it was for our team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) who work with over 100 different companies each year from around 50 countries! It has been extremely helpful in managing all relationships within one platform rather than having multiple apps open or emails being sent back-and forth between teams/companies.   • What i truly enjoy most is you don’t need anything installed besides your browser window which makes setting thing very simple compared o installing software onto your computer at home as well as working remotely outside normal business hours while travelling overseas without any network connection available..all works perfectly even though some sites appear broken during heavy traffic load times due to bandwidth constraints

Great product - easy use interface: Knowmax

It can be integrated with other applications like Salesforce or HubSpot for a more seamless user experience. Easy navigation and UI. The reports were not very thorough when compared to competitors. Have it in house if you need customizations but have an internal team of developers who understand how to integrate this into systems.   • Reports are simple yet detailed enough good balance between detail vs number crunching analytics as well! Know Max Products Are Very Good And User Friendly

The best thing about know max is its user friendly interface with all required features available in one place for easy use by customer service representatives or any other employees working within this organization. It's not so much expensive but it has some minor bugs like slow response when we try to send an email from our account page.
