Knowmax - Great tool + excellent support

I like how easy it was for our team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) who work with over 100 different companies each year from around 50 countries! It has been extremely helpful in managing all relationships within one platform rather than having multiple apps open or emails being sent back-and forth between teams/companies. The ability also have quick access into Salesforce data so we can quickly see what's going wrong when they're calling us out - this allows me know exactly where my CSM should be focused next week instead if wasting valuable phone call hours trying figure things ourselves!! Would love more integrations w other tools but currently happy enough knowing everything gets pulled together here :) We use KMax primarily because its great way keep track of customer interactions whether via email chat etc.. I like how easy it was for our team to get up-to speed with using KnowMax. Their customer service has been great so far! There's nothing really about this program we dislike yet; however, there have not been many updates from them in recent months. We can't wait until they release an update because of all the new features that will come out. The biggest benefit would be being better organized within one place rather than having multiple systems (i.e., CRM system, ticketing/inquiry tracking).

Pros
  • What i truly enjoy most is you don’t need anything installed besides your browser window which makes setting thing very simple compared o installing software onto your computer at home as well as working remotely outside normal business hours while travelling overseas without any network connection available..all works perfectly even though some sites appear broken during heavy traffic load times due to bandwidth constraints
Cons
  • Almost everything is ok
