I like that it is easy to put on, it is comfortable, and it does not bind. It braces my back enough that I feel better while I am using and for quite a bit of time after I take it off. I would recommend it to anyone needing back support.

It kept slipping up and down. I couldn’t get it tight enough to help my stablize my back. Probably because I do have a pretty large midsection.

I bought this back support because it had a wonderful video demonstrating how to put it on and then showing that it doesn't slip when lifting a laundry basket. I am quite small but Medium was the smallest size. I ended up giving it to my sister who has back issues and ordering another one for myself. The medium fit both of us, even though she is somewhat larger than I am.

It smells horribly! Smells as if it came out of a fishing boat. I have to wash it and if the smell doesn't go, I will return it!

They run too small. It looks as if the company uses Crazier sizing dimentions than I thought. Would you believe 3x is about the rigght size for a size ten women?The largest size they had is too small to go around her waist, so it is of no use to her.

I saw the reviews saying to go up a size, but my waist measures at the lower end of the range of the size I ordered so I was like meh, it'll be fine. It is not fine. It doesn't fit at all. I'm not super worried about it as Im on a weightloss journey so itll fit in no time. Needed to help my elderly parents move out of their house. My back isn't what it used to be so I decided to buy a back brace to go along with knee brace that I use. This was really nice, especially compared to one I have from years ago. Was able to move boxes and furniture for two days straight without aggravating my back. Only down side I found was I needed to wear a t-shirt under it for the best comfort.

It's a back brace, alright. Good support for bending down with back pain, it mitigates most of the pain. Those are my upsides. My downsides are, if you have it on too tight you can hardly breathe, and if you have it on too loose, it doesn't do it's intended job as well as it should. You really have to carefully find the good medium, and that varies immensely between body types.Overall, it's a good buy. I would recommend it to friends and family.

This band offered little support. Edges rolled over when wearing and band moved out of place. Wouldn't buy again. May not be suitable for individuals with mobility limitations.

This is a very good back support. Based on the info on the product it runs a little small. It has enough room to reduce size I would buy a size larger than advertised for your waist/abdomen.
