Excellent way make tracking and keeping track simple

Great platform for customer service reps - easy access of all relevant data about each client/customer-no need to search through many files in order to get what you want. User Interface could use some improvements but overall great product with lots of potential! I've been using it for years now (4+). It's very good tool if you have dedicated Customer Service Rep who knows how everything works internally or uses an external consultant like myself.

We were looking for something similar when we started our own business so this was perfect fit!
