I like how it connects with Salesforce and Dynamics NAV. It made my life easier when managing customer data. When we switched from salesforce2go, i have used knowmax for over 3 years now. At first was confused because of its different way of displaying data but after using it few months everything became clear to me. I don't recommend if you just want easy solution then this might not be ideal for you since it has more options than others. Yes definitely use it! Manage CRM process including customer info, ticketing system (SAP Hana), contract fulfillment, etc.
