Review on Dell Latitude E6440 2018: High Performance Business Laptop with Intel Core i5-4300M Processor, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, Windows 10 Pro (Renewed) by Nicholas Serafini

This replaces my Dell Latitude E5500 which is over 8 years old. I previously bought an E6440 for my daughter in December 2017 from another supplier, Revain, with mixed reviews. I have never had experience buying from ITSupplyGuy and there is a 4 star review from Laurie. The packaging was excellent and lived up to the description of the lone reviewer. I'm glad I placed the order based on the only review. I replaced the hard drive with a Samsung SSD, now it works like new. There is one downside that ITsupplyGuy didn't notice. I initially thought the problem was the battery as it wouldn't charge when plugged in with the included power cord, so I recycled an old battery from my daughter's E6440 and used the power cord from my old Latitude E5500. However, when I get to work, I plug in the included power cord, but the battery doesn't charge, even though it detects that it's plugged into an outlet. I'm glad the wattage of the PSU is the same as my old E5500 so I don't have to buy a new one.
