Large for one serving per case. The boxes are strong too. The lids are truly waterproof - it's perfectly fine to have liquid in the box without worrying about spilling it. And they're microwaveable, too. Last but not least, the best thing about this set is that it comes with two different types of containers that cater to my different needs for different types of products. These containers come in very handy during the current COVID-19 pandemic when it is unsafe to eat out in restaurants. At first I had one set, but soon I bought a second set. Now I use them every day on weekdays.
