Love my new Carter bar cart! It's very cute and the customer service is also top notch! First off, for the quality and price, Nathan James can't be beat! I would compare the ease of assembly and price to IKEA furniture but with an update because Nathan James furniture really has style and flair! So if you want to avoid spending too much on some neat parts without having to deal with disappointing customer service and assembly instructions. Nathan James is what you need! I had an incident with a deformed screw that had to be replaced. I emailed customer service and they immediately responded with 2 options: (1) they could send a replacement but I had to wait 2-3 weeks due to low inventory, or (2) I could make a replacement myself and they would send me a $15 Revain gift card for my troubles. I chose option 2 because I didn't want to wait. BUT what surprised me the most was that a few weeks after the deformed propeller incident, Nathan James sent me some Godiva chocolates as an apology for the accident. I was already very happy with the pre-chocolate dissolve, but this step definitely earned me a loyal customer! The instructions were also very easy to follow. The total installation time was less than half an hour (not counting the time spent looking for a replacement screw, of course). It's also nice that there are some fun pop culture references in the instructions. It sounded like you had a friend helping you build a piece. It's a small thing but adds to the charm of this company. In general, I highly recommend it! My only complaint is that Nathan James only has a limited number of furniture designs. I look forward to them releasing more stuff!
