First of all I would like to point out that this is a 100% honest review based on product satisfaction. I'm always skeptical of buying products that are way cheaper than the competition, but I decided to take a chance and bought these pedals. I'm so glad I did. These pedals cost almost half the price of big name pedals, but definitely didn't do half the job. That 100% is worth it. Most importantly for me they are compatible with SPD spikes and also allow you to use regular shoes with a good comfortable shell and an instep strap. I waited until I had used the new pedals 10+ times before proceeding with the review and am completely satisfied and glad I didn't pay double the price for a major brand. Another advantage is the easy installation. All you have to do is unscrew and tighten with a wrench; It took me less than 5 minutes to install them.
