This is the third phone I own (each for a different phone). It's thin enough to fit "relatively" in a pocket while still offering excellent protection. I've had several accidents where I've dropped my phone with no damage. Now if that happens I'm not worried as the case is sturdy and has just enough "protrusion" outside the phone to provide good protection. Also, the magnet is very strong so the case never opens unless I want it to.
