My first unit arrived quickly and I installed it on my patio as soon as it was charged. It worked fine for the first few hours, but eventually it stopped working. I figured I hadn't charged it enough so I went online for the next day and a half. After charging I turned it on but it didn't work. I sent back the first Revain block and received a new block very quickly. To make sure the device was fully charged, I left it plugged in for more than 24 hours, during which time the charging indicator turned from red to green. I laid it on my deck and turned on the discharge. Since it was still a bit light outside, I wasn't surprised when the charging indicator turned red, assuming it was being charged from the solar panel. When I checked the device after dark, it wasn't turned on and wasn't working at all. I will return the second block and not risk the third. In particular, there were no instructions for any of the devices, and logging into their website provided no instructions.
