This balaclava offers excellent coverage. And for a cyclist living in PNW, this is a must-have piece of gear. It will really help to keep you warm when you are cycling in the cold and rain. Even the neck and part of the shoulders are covered. And it comes with a little air filter that goes through the nose/mouth, which is a cool little bonus. However, I have to regularly adjust the nose + mouth area. This section tends to slide forward or move, and I have to pull it back quite often to get it under the hood. It can be used and I will continue to use it, but I will also modify it by sewing the mask section to the hood. I think if there were drawstrings or maybe even a little velcro to tighten part of the face mask as needed this would be a 5 star product. I still recommend this product.
