I had high hopes for this product. With other Parissa products like their hard wax (which was excellent) I expected similar results. First the package arrived damaged. The vial of azulene shattered inside the box, spreading in all directions. There were also several pieces of glass inside and outside the box. Despite all that, the strips seemed dry so I gave it a try. I read the instructions first and then heated the wax in the microwave etc, smeared onto the honey like wax, applied the strip, dabbed and then quickly removed. And nothing - the hair remained. I tried it on longer hair; nothing yet. If I could trade this product for a better quality Parissa product I would, but that option doesn't seem to be available.
