I was incredibly intrigued by the idea behind this product. Let's get down to business. I have a small apartment and two trays. At first I tried to install this device with an equal distance between them. This proved unsuccessful. I then moved it over a box and found it sufficient. Both boxes are emptied once or twice a day depending on the number of uses on a given day. I've found that the smell of urine goes away quickly. However, if your cat is as picky as mine and refuses to cover up her poop, this device will not help eliminate that smell. In conclusion, I still want to love this device. I find this to be a wonderful product that, when combined with a good quality litter and a cat that covers her litter, does what is advertised quickly. Update: My picky cat agrees, and so do my nostrils! Believe it or not, this deodorant product has made my cat happier and started hiding her poo, so it's a win-win!
