Do not buy this item! Electrical fire hazard!
I used this steamer for the first time today. As soon as I turned it on, the plastic around the power cord's connection to the device began to melt (see photo) and the device began to emit white smoke and a strong chemical smell. If I had left it I think it would have caught fire. I bought this item about 6 months ago but have not used it to date or I would have posted this review earlier.
