I've had it for a few days and I'm impressed (though not so much with my throw). As a kid I played in the minor leagues and played a few seasons so when I saw this I had to try. After years of abuse, my shoulders aren't what they used to be, so there weren't any record-breaking fast throws, but I still had fun. The app was easy to set up and linking was as easy as touching my phone. It has exactly the same weight and feel as a regular baseball as you would expect. It's a great tool that gives you instant feedback and lets you see what changes matter in real-time. I can definitely see that this is the secret weapon you've been looking for to put your child above the rest. I know it's all about the team, team wins and how the team plays, but you know you want your pitcher to be better than that idiot who keeps saying he's a star pitcher. Well, it gives you the advantage of putting him in his place. It won't teach your kid to throw whether or not they're a thrower, but if they have a thrower in their blood it will help develop those skills and it's just fun to see how fast you throw. The price seems a little steep, but not by much considering how much money we spend to give our kids the best they can be. This is just a drop in the bucket of sport.
