Cured My Code P0101

This simple item cured my code P0101 07 FJ Cruiser. This reoccurring code always occurred once the engine had reached normal operating temperature, only once each time. I have tried to fix it by replacing the MAF, replacing the wires to the MAF, nothing is addressed. Reading the BlueDriver review I noticed that the PCV was replaced. was. I hope this information helps some of you, other Toyota owners like me.
