I would like to start by saying that I am very satisfied with this product. It wasn't very difficult to install, adhesion was pretty good, enough clips were included to secure everything, and the app controls are fantastic. My daughter was very happy about it. Although I had a few problems. First, it's not a continuous band. It's two lanes, so have the control box in the middle and drive from there. This hampers flexibility and you have to consider where to start and how to move around the room. Second, the length of the wire from the control box to the lighting connector can be longer. Generally the cord is quite long but if you place the control box at the level of an electrical switch you will run some of your lights up the wall before going around the ceiling if you try this. I have a feeling you'll have the same issues with all other brands, so I wouldn't mind. I just wish these things were more clearly disclosed in the product information.
